Don't move here

Water shut off constantly. Given 48 hour notice of entry and then they give themselves a full week 9-5 to choose when they feel like invading your privacy. Refuse to schedule time and when asked for an ETA of when they will be there, no accurate time is given. Time is given, it's just not accurate.

LOVE IT!!!

I am absolutely in love with my new apartment. They had my home renovated right before my move in, much better than other experiences I've had in the past. The office is very tentative and easy to get a hold of. Adrianna, the office manager, frequently checks in and follows up after any work order. John, the maintenance man is frequently walking and tending to grounds. Overall, I am so happy I chose this community as my home.

Poor management

This place makes me scared to rent in Bremerton
ever again. I Lived here for two years. When I was ready to move out there were issues. Management couldn’t help, nobody knew how to do anything. Could never get a email back. Going to the office was a pain because nobody could properly assist me. Resulted into them telling me I “abandoned” my apartment while still paying rent and losing everything in the home. All I wanted to do was move out unfortunately. If I could rate a zero I would.
