The building is new. Building A was built in 2019 with a modern industrial design - quite the reason I was enticed to look into this place to begin with, but that is not all...

I moved to a 2-bedroom apartment with my fellow student roommate. It was perfect for us. We each have our own bathroom so there is so much privacy. The living space was spacious for both of our furnitures and we have a balcony. Not to mention the dryer and washer are excellent compared to any apartments in Cheney. It has... everything we needed and wanted - the appliances, the amenities, how spacious it is and how great it looked. Most importantly, as a student and someone who teleworked at home during the pandemic, Internet is reliable and easy to install upin move-in.

I loved this place so much that when Building B was done in 2020, I immediately called the leasing office to lease my very own apartment as soon as my previous lease was up.

I also want to include that our neighbors were nice and friendly and on top of it all, Walker's Property Management leasing office in Cheney are very professional and friendly they are on top of everything.

We had a great stay in the furnished one-bedroom apartment that is an AirBNB. The kitchen is awesome with an island that has a breakfast bar and extra cabinet space. I love the full-sized washer and dryer and the large bedroom closet. The apartment is designed in a modern industrial style with beautiful wood ceilings. I recommend you take a look!
