Nice place but terrible management
The apartment is very nice and well kept. It’s close to the EWU campus which is nice, but everything basically is in Cheney. One thing to note is the management. The communication from the management is poor. It is very difficult to contact them or even hear back from them. This goes for the maintenance as well. If you put in a maintenance request, you won’t get it fixed … ever, or it’ll take them multiple days to a few weeks. Sometimes I even had to resubmit it because it was “finished, but... they never stopped by. So overall, the apartment complex is nice, the downside is the management.
