You can hear upstairs neighbors open drawers like they are right next to you. Not to mention them stomping around at 3am. No AC in this place. The apartment manager says to put in a request if you want to put in a window AC unit yet can't answer His phone. Maintenance requests seem to never be seen by anyone... 60$ a month for 10mbps internet. You only have one option which is Century link. Outdated building means it comes in through DSL.

One year here...
The apartment placement in the building is structured in a unique way that you very rarely here any noise from neighbors, which by the way are polite and one could say private. Plenty restaurants near by as well as gyms. The laundry room is almost always available and fairly priced. My favorite is the fact that these apartments allow well mannered pets.
