I haven't had AC for a few weeks, which I'm assuming is because they've been doing work on the system. I know it's winter, but I'd still like some communication about that so that I know when I'll have AC again. Beyond that, my time in the complex has been enjoyable.

Washers are moldy and laundry costs too much, rent is too high and keeps going up, besides Brenan office staff is rude. Physical unit is very nice though.

Living at The Benjamin Lofts has been an amazing experience. The community is clean, quiet, and really well taken care of. The building has a modern feel, and everything from the hallways to the common areas stays in great shape. The location is super convenient, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The staff is always helpful, responsive, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole place run smoothly. Overall, The Benjamin Lofts has been one of the best apartment communities I’ve been... part of — it truly feels like home.”

Brennan and Ryan were very helpful in getting me everything I need including my keys, parking pass, and carts to move all of my stuff in. It was a very quick and easy process!

Friendly staff, they helped when I had trouble with the gate opener. It is also secure and I don’t worry about random people getting into the building.
