Columbia View Apartments

I tried to apply for an apartment at this location and the woman that I talked to is very rude and seems as if she doesn't know how to do her job. One minute she said that I couldn't get a place here because my rental dates didn't match what I put on the app. Even though I have 100% perfect rental history. They she said oh no, that's not why you cant get a place. Then she tried to blame it on my credit score, now mind you I have a credit score of 689. Then not even a week later she admitted to... not even checking my credit score. She couldn't even give me a straight answer to why I couldn't get a place there, besides her not wanting me to live there. My wife, baby, and I have been staying at the Columbia View apartments owned by Graf Inv. located in Coulee Dam, Washington for a little over three years now. We've dealt with bug infestations with no screens on our windows, a leaking toilet, a broken safety valve on our boiler, and a hole in our bedroom wall (that was present before we moved in), as well as several other head aches. With all of these issues Graf refuses to fix anything or do anything about it. When I insist on fixing any of... these issues myself they threaten us with fines. A maintenance worker came in once to take a picture of  our kitchen floor and inform us that it's totaled from the leaking boiler and tell us it is our fault despite the fact that we reported the occurrence to Graf.
