Friendly and Efficient Staff!

I have had bad experiences in the past living in apartments, but the staff here at Bay Club have been super friendly, responsive and enjoyable! It does make a big difference when choosing where to live.

I love this place!

Ive been here for a year and Ms. Cassandra and Allan are very nice and helpful. I feel safe in this neighborhood especially I have kids. Surroundings are clean..thanks to the maintenance.

I have lived here for 9 years and just renewed. It is close to my kids schools and parks. There have been a number of managers through the years and Cassandra and her staff have been very polite and helpful. I look forward to the next year and there after.

Satisfied tenant

I appreciated the management and maintenance team during my stay there. They worked hard, esp Cassandra at getting this done and staying within the safety guidelines required of them. They were nice people, even with my move out process, was a nice experience.
