Avoid at all cost.

Highly recommend you look elsewhere. This place has no parking for your car unless you are a single car household. They rolled out new parking system that clearly doesn’t not solve any problems but creates a much larger one. Amenities are constantly unavailable for use as they are broken or in need of repair that takes days to weeks which is wild given this is a newer built place, maintenance is slow to get anything fixed or repairs in your actual living space, cars are constantly being broken… into but apartment can’t do anything about it, the list goes on and on. Management has clearly shared they don’t care about improving the experience here and things are constantly heading for the worst not better.

I know it’s tempting based on appearance of apartment and it looks modern but don’t be fooled, appearances are for show. If you cant take care of basic needs like laundry or cook or park your car in your apartment ever, is it really worth it? Guarantee you it’s not.

Parking went from bad to worst “solution” possible

One assigned parking spot per unit and there’s not enough parking for a second car. Just look elsewhere for apartments in this area. Upper management doesn’t even live here and come up with the worst solution possible.

When the community was designed, with only enough spaces for each… home to have one spot. Over time, with parking operating on a first-come, first-serve basis, many residents shared that they were frequently unable to find parking when returning home in the evenings.

To create a more equitable solution, we transitioned to an assigned parking program that allows each apartment home the opportunity to reserve one parking space. Our goal is to ensure that every resident who chooses to participate has a reliable place to park when they return home. For residents who need additional parking, we also offer carports and garages based on availability, and our team is always happy to review those options.

While we recognize this change may not meet everyone's preferences, it was implemented to provide a fairer and more predictable parking experience for the community as a whole. - 207 East Team

Great Tour

Today I turned with a really nice lady name Kennedy. The Apartment was just a tad too small, but she gave me a great idea on how to utilize my bedroom space. So I guess this is my new home.... Great Amenities and perfect location.

In the evening, it is impossible to park near the house. This is a big problem when you come from the store and cannot unload purchases at a time. In the evening, you can't leave, because then there is nowhere to park. I came to the office several times and asked to be put in line for a parking space, but each time I was told that I was not in the queue. When I came to the pool, I had to clean it myself from insects, as it was very dirty. Hot tub
has not worked for a long time. Household… appliances are in poor condition, often fail. I believe that the rental fee is too high, for such conditions.

awful

1) No parking spots EVER available, especially after 6:30pm. Carports $125 & garages $250/monthly. hated going anywhere after work for fear I wouldn't have parking 2) Apts are definitely for tall people, i.e. tall cabinets, tall showerhead. Electric stove have a tiny red dot as a light indicator to show there's a burner left on. But guess what, if you're short, you cannot see the light from your short angle (im 5ft) . I had a burner on very low, so low, that the burner itself wasn't even red. I… put a spatula on it accidentally, barely touching it, spatula melted a little bit & when i tried to pull it off, it made a crack in the glass. Neighbors across also broke theirs worse than mine. 3) water pressure is great, however hot water lasts 12 min max for 1 person. If you're female w/ long hair, you wont have enough time to shampoo, condition, shave your legs at once unless you dont mind cold water in winter. 3) 2nd & 3rd floors also have wood floors, so you
hear every footstep. They say they don't allow certain breeds of dogs, but my upstairs neighbor had an untrained Belgian Malinoi who ran back & forth all across the apt playing w/ his ball he would roll around. Had terrible sleep the entire 10 mos they lived there. I complained but was told its a service animal. 5) fancy heaters never worked. 6) place was cold, dark & depressing.
