The manager Chantell for this complex was so unprofessional when I brought to her attention there is black mold where the appliances are supposed to go. I didn’t even get to move in yet and she yelled at me and threatened me all because the unit was not ready on their end on the set date to move in and the final clean was not done and the appliances also weren’t even in and there was mold in several areas. Some amenities mention a lot of them aren't. No balcony, game room, or microwave. We have heaters but they don't work for crap so be ready to be cold in the winter they are tearing out the potbelly stoves because we aren't supposed to use them. There is black mold in the wall that the sink sits on. There are exposed nails in the carpet which I have stepped on. There is a 100 dollar late fee starting the on the second if you rent isn't paid on time and another hundred for rent not paid then or... you pay an extra 100 if you on your late fee if you don't pay your late fees on time. This is a great place to live. It is pet friendly, and the management is awesome! Very nice family location.
