We have lived here for 4 years now, and will be moving for various personal reasons. Management has changed over the years but has taken an absolute turn for the best with Alvaro and staff like Curt. Professionalism and understanding in a time of crisis speaks volumes. They are genuinely interested in how they can improve the renter's experience and provided us with a lot of information on our upcoming move. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, simple place to live... outside of big cities. We moved here sight unseen as recent grads and it was just right for us. The town of Edmonds is a few minutes away and has great food/coffee, and a beautiful dog park and beach. If you are commuting in to Seattle the near by Aurora Park and Ride is convenient and even within walking distance if needed. Very dog friendly and our dog has lived here happily without incident.

Reviews from current tenant
I have lived here for 1 year and 3 months so far. My experience with this complex has been wonderful so far. If I had any complaints, usually it would be dealt with quickly depending on how urgent I deem them to be. The staff and maintenance crew are all very kind as well. Easy billing as well. This area is also very convenient to stores and the complex itself is always being renovated to maintain a nice and clean environment for everyone. Very pet friendly as well. Its also very handicap... accessible if you live on the first though. Overall great experience still.

avoid this place!
totally unacceptable! cheap remodeling 100? always different kinds of confusion (with contract) once you are moving out ( my neighbor and me experienced the same). NO trash cans! office people are mean and not polite once you moved in ( notice this) . Pet friendly ! ( but not really)

not worth even a dollar!
My personal opinion experience: "Please, avoid this complex" . Being a tenant of one of their apartments everything is wrong in here. A very cheap "remodeling" everything breaks, don't want to continue.. The area by the apartments has no trash cans, the personnel is not as professional as it is required. VERY LOUD. Our neighbors has a dog, we don't BUT our parents CAN'T come to VISIT us only because they have a puppy! It's prohibited. ??????

I am currently a tenant at Pacific Park Apartments, and my time here, which is thankfully coming to an end, was very interesting to say the least. When my wife and I first moved into the apartments, we were very pleased with the service, and also the onsite property manager. All of that changed once they were taken over by one of those big box property managment firms, and the landlord who was here at the time when we moved in was replaced with two of quite possibly the most laziest, incompetent... , and unprofessional property managers I've ever encountered. If for any reason life happens, making you a little late with rent, they are quick to tack on fees as high as your rent. Nothing is ever fixed, and they have done nothing but slapped on cheap and ugly paint jobs, cheap counter tops without doing anything about the poor plumbing, and horrible patch work to cover up how old this building really is. The photos being shown on this website is a complete sham, and do not show how bad things are here, and in desperate need of improvements. There is only one dumpster to service 4 buildings. So the garbage area is always full to capacity, with an awful smell included with your trip to the dumpsters. People leave their junk and bags outside, because once a week garbage removal seems to be more than enough. You also have to walk about the distance of a football field to even take your trash out. If you want to put money on your laundry card, that will take you having to do it at the leasing office. Which is fine except that the place is always locked, because the property managers are hardly ever onsite to do anything. When they are there, they are incredibly rude, and act as if they don't want to be bothered by you. Overall this is not worth the cost that they are asking for, but that's not stopping them from preventing a lot of the tenents who are living here at a cheaper rate, a chance to renew once their lease is up. They are being forced to move out just so they can charge more rent once they leave. I am so glad to be leaving this place, and can not wait until my lease is up next month!!!
