Enjoyed my stay!

I enjoyed my fully renovated studio apartment this past year. All new appliances with a kitchen that's larger than what you'll find in most studios.

Cindy, the manager, does a great job! Friendly, with competent customer service

P.S. I've lived in several apartment buildings. This is the quietest one so far!

Hidden Gen

Excellent location close to the expressway and next door to shopping and food. The staff is very friendly and respond quickly. Updated rooms, appliances, and spacious with plenty of apartment parking. Quiet and family oriented tenants.

Great Place to Live!

Great place to live. The maintenance staff is prompt and available when needed. Cindy the property manager is always friendly and helpful. One thing about this location is that they are always reinvesting. Quite often you will see workers installing new carpets, appliances, windows, etc. This is a welcome change from other rental companies that seem to want to keep their profits high by avoiding upkeep.

Professional and honestly run

My husband and I loved living here, the property manager was on top of everything including the resident's safety which was very reassuring. The area is peaceful and the property is kept very nicely.

Apartment Review at Park Edmonds

I have been living in this apartment home for about 2 years and enjoying living here. First, the apartment is located in a very convenient location next to shopping, groceries, and transportation. Second, maintenance respond to issues promptly and as scheduled. Most importantly, the office staff Cindy and Lilly has been super attentive, supportive, and genuinely friendly. They treat me like a family member and I feel thankful to have staff like them.
