This place may seem nice with all their amenities but it’s never kept clean. the pool and the fire pits. the trash bins are always full and never taken out. the gym has a hole in the floor. the new vending machine they put in does even have price tags on the products. maintenance always no call no shows even with an appointment. the apartment wasn’t even cleaned when we got the keys :( they let their tenants just let their dogs off leash whenever. my dog was attacked there and the same dog was… always off leash and would come up to her and growl. this was brought up multiple times to the office and yet we never heard back from them. the dog was still there when we left. it was nice in the beginning this place. but after living there. never again. and now with all the moving out fees they want to charge u for cleaning even tho they don’t even clean it themselves. they haven’t changed the mattresses in years. it’s gross.

We take reports regarding pet incidents, facility safety hazards, and unit turnover conditions very seriously. We want to ensure your past account, incident reports, and final move-out charges are thoroughly audited by leadership. The worst

This was the worst experience I've ever dealt with. First off at move in nothing was clean or in the apartment like it was supposed to be. After us mothers complained for weeks they finally received what they were told.
At the beginning of summer my child had someone take over her lease well the verge personal but the person in a different apartment for better placement, and never told my child. The person taking over my child lease got ahold of her and told her. My child knew she had to pay but… then was asked to vacate the room they had someone who wanted to move in. So we packed everything up and moved out. Sent the key like they asked. Forward to August 10 and she gets a bill owing for 2 months. I guess it fell through, but how is that my child's fault? Horrible Horrible DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

Bad don't rent

Do not rent from them. They charge a bunch of fees when you leave that they don't ever fix. We put brand new covers on the stove and they tried to charge us 30 dollars to replace then which they had already charged the other roommate most before and never fixed. They charged 60 for floor cleaning but my roommates said they only vacuumed and didn't clean the floors and when confronted by evidence of this they lied. When you call maintenance they take forever to fix anything. Had a broken fridge… for months. Had to buy my own mattress because theirs we're gross and 10 yrs old which they admitted was true but wouldnt fix.
