$200+ for last Minol bill
This is an ok place to live but don’t plan on getting more than half of your deposit back. They charge for the usual things, carpet cleaning, new paint for the walls, a sanitation and light cleaning, all normal things. The only thing is that when you move out the last utility bill for your Minol service is $200+ because they charge for a sewer, water and trash move out fee which is something I’ve never heard a utility service charging for. $850 deposit and only received $408 back after… management told me my apartment was one of the cleanest they’ve seen. Management is nice but they some times forget to put work orders in if you don’t bug them about it and the maintenance guy is always nice and helpful. This is an ok place to live but don’t expect much of your deposit back.
