Poorly maintained and managed, horrible neighborhood. Coast management doesn't maintain the grounds and doesn't process rent payments well. avoid, for this price you can do better. No parking, car break ins, no communication from Coast. Accepts any tenants so you get bottom of the barrel neighbors.

Renter beware
Cheap but for a steep price, lying lease agents with poor communication skills and overly nosy and lazy maintenance that say they've fixed something when they don't. Mailboxes broken into often. Minimal parking.
