Hangar 128 Apartments

Easily one of the worse places I’ve lived.

There is a large homeless population (like the rest of Everett) and casual gunshots every so often. It is easy to feel unsafe living here.

You will have the worst neighbors: neglectful parents allowing their children to vandalize property, throwing rocks and sticks at windows for example.
Not to mention, if you decide to rest during the week, the same parents/adults will blare music past curfew, without any consideration. Try telling them politely to… at least turn it down; it will not work.
I have had neighbors step or lean on my car (in a parking spot that I decided to pay for.)

Don’t bother mailing anything here unless you send it to the property manager, otherwise consider it stolen if left unattended in your box/in front of your door for more than 10 minutes.

The gym is very limited.

Please do yourself a favor and consider living somewhere else more peaceful where people are more considerate and will respect your property. Read More

I really love it here, it’s quite , no wired activities going on here like where I use to live, very friendly staff and very helpful. It’s very nice to live here I had no problems what so ever and the maintenance here is fast .

We have lived here for over five years now and this management team is the best one yet. They are extremely responsive to issues and facilities requests. You can tell they truely care about the complex and it’s tenants. Would highly recommend these apartments to anybody moving into the area.

Very noisy btwn apartment F and G. The kids run up and down the stairs shooting toy guns. Kids with scooters go btwn cars and scratch and ding the cars up. Bad place for cars around these apartments. Office staff and maintenance do their best managing the apartments but more work needs to be done with the kids. Adults do not watch what they are doing.
