Feels Like Home — Not Just Another Apartment

Living at Highridge has been one of the best renting experiences I’ve had, and a huge reason for that is the people behind it. Jim and Rosie are truly wonderful… you can feel that this property is family-owned and operated in the best way. There’s a level of care, responsiveness, and personal attention here that you just don’t get with large corporate apartment complexes.

Any time I’ve had a question or needed something addressed, Jim has been approachable, kind, and quick to help. Rosie brings...
such warmth and thoughtfulness to how the property is run. You never feel like “just another tenant”… you feel respected and genuinely cared for.

The community itself is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. One standout feature for me is the free EV charging (which works with Teslas), which is a huge perk and shows how forward-thinking and resident-focused the owners are. It’s not something you find easily, and it makes everyday life that much easier.

Overall, Highridge is a place where you can tell pride and integrity matter. If you’re looking for a home where management actually knows you, listens, and truly cares, I can’t recommend Highridge… and Jim and Rosie… highly enough.

Five Stars Isn’t Enough

Hands down the best landlord I’ve ever had. This family owned apartment complex truly sets the standard for how rentals should be run. Communication was always clear, respectful, and timely, and any maintenance issues were handled quickly and properly; not patched or ignored.

You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants and take pride in their property. Everything was fair, transparent, and stress free from start to finish, which is rare when renting.

If you’re looking for a place...
where you’re treated like a person not just a rent payment, this is it. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation.

Great Apartments Local Family Owned

Jim and Rosie are the best. Apartments are quiet and new. Beautiful floors and cabinets. Couldn't ask for a better place to call home!
