Good credit history score above 650 free of negative credit issues which may indicate an applicant is high-risk and/or indicates a pattern of payment delinquency, Applicants with charge-offs, unpaid debts, or a history of delinquent payments may be denied tenancy. All applicants must have a favorable credit rating for the past two years. Applicants may be denied for the following derogatory credit records: Eviction action and/or moneys owed to an prior residence, owner, property management company, judgment, etc in the last 7 years. No Domestic Violence related convictions or history of orders listing applicant as the restricted party.
