A place only the rich unfortunately can hold, 5 times the required average income, 2 years of home ownership or rental just to eligible in not just this apartments but to all the ones this company owns, if you're in need of a home IMMEDIATELY and have the cash ready! This isn't the place to go. Look somewhere else. For this is a place that only seems fit for the rich and posh

To... clarify, the 5x income requirement mentioned applies specifically to co-signers - not to every applicant. Our standard qualifications are designed to ensure long-term housing stability for all residents, but we know they may not work for every situation.
