Terrible Experience

If you enjoy the smell of mildew in your apartment or mold in your cabinets this place is for you. I had issues the first day i moved in with my dishwasher leaking and the odor getting stronger everyday. There is mold litterly everywhere no matter what you do and the Landlord doesnt care she is never on site and there is no maintence on site either so goodluck with any emergencies. During the summers there is a flea problem so be careful with your pets.There were hoarders who had rats in there… apartment that took them months to deal with. Avoid this place at all costs

These apartments are really nice. I live in a remodeled apartment and I love it. The hardwood floors are easy to clean and the kitchen is beautiful. Everything is modern and new. The manager is nice. Never had a problem with the neighbors. And you can't beat the location.

Picture Perfect Living

Imagine waking up to nature everyday. That's Cliffside Apartments. From my bedroom or Breakfast nook, was the most picture perfect view of the lake surrounded by evergreens. The sound of birds can be heard chirping in the distance. You can't put a price on that. Not to mention everyone is friendly! I've never had a problem with loud neighbors here. Or Smokey ones either( smoke free living!) decent fitness center, awesome pool right next to the club house we rented out for a birthday bbq! I've… never lived anywhere quite like this. And I have my parents to thank for helping me find such a dream home to share with my growing family.
