So friendly!

I called to schedule a tour today, they didn’t have anything available but the woman on the phone worked to get us scheduled next week! I can’t wait to see an apartment. The floor plans online look big.

You NEED a walk through before moving in.

After moving in we realized how many things are not right. Maintenance basically pieces this place together with anything that will temporarily fix the issue. There are a lot of moisture issues around the apartment… yes MOLD.
It has been a quiet place to live and aside from the mold, crappy repairs, and run around from management. If maintenance actually fixed things at least one thing at a time and management took it upon themselves to look into the issue and get it resolved, living here would… be okay. I’ve never had issues with my neighbors and it’s been fairly quiet. The apartment itself is spacious. Just really look into what apartment you are getting yourself into. There is clear evidence there was once roaches in this apartment and leaks that ruined the wood in both bathrooms. You can also tell they put the most absurd temporary fixes to it.
I’ve been contemplating a review like this but at this extent I’ve been ignored for way too long. The amount of money you pay for these apartments (keep in mind you pay for EVERYTHING separately) is not okay for how much they overlook any issues. Long story short, this is as passive of a review I could give.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Management is super rude. Have half mold growing and so many other issues since I’ve moved in 6 months ago and they have yet to fix anything. Constant battle with them over everything. Do not recommend.

I love living here with my dog they have dog run and there friendly they get things fixed and I love watching the squirrels close to the store and bus line
