Shady owners
In the two years I've been a tenant, property ownership has changed 3 times, the property is not maintained appropriately, and rent has more than doubled to make their ends meet. Their idea of curb appeal is painting the building a gross greyish blue, and removing tree coverage. The potholes that have been in the parking lot for over 4 years are poorly filled, and when asked about it, you're put on hold. Goid location, terrible management. Avoid at all costs.
