There's a new trex patio outside of the backdoor, and also a backyard and a front yard. Guests can venture outside to enjoy a little bit of the great Northwest.......

ABSOULUTELY no smoking and/or drug use in the room, in the house, or anywhere on the property.....
Also NO PETS allowed without prior authorization.......
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS allowed unless prior permission is obtained from the landlord......

Guests aren't allowed to rearrange the furniture in the suite without prior permission from the landlord. ....
Also guests aren't allowed to bring large pieces of furniture into the Mount Rainier Suite or replace beds or furniture in the suite without prior authorization from the landlord....
