I had an excellent experience at Alexan Gateway Apartments. Gina was incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and warm personality truly stood out.

The property itself is absolutely amazing—beautifully maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are top-notch, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into... keeping the community clean and inviting. The layouts are spacious, the finishes feel high-end, and the overall atmosphere is both stylish and comfortable. It’s the kind of place you walk into and immediately think, “I could definitely live here.”

Apartments are large with every amenity you can imagine. Also love the game room and the rooftop deck with a huge screen TV. Pool is heated, which is nice, and the main floor living room is incredible. Jim is always open. So far so good love it!

Living at Alexan Gateway has been a deeply frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise against moving here. Here’s why: 1. Pest Problems: enough to make me question the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. 2. Parking Nightmare: Parking is a constant headache. There are never enough spaces for residents, and the towing policy is aggressively enforced. Often, I’ve had to park far from my building and walk back late at night, which feels unsafe. 3. Safety Concerns: A murder happened... right outside the complex, and the management’s response was severely lacking. No significant security improvements were made, leaving residents feeling vulnerable in their own homes. 4. Unprofessional Staff: The staff are rude and unhelpful, often dismissing valid concerns without providing solutions. Their poor attitude makes living here even more frustrating. Alexan Gateway may look appealing at first glance, but it’s not worth the stress and safety risks. There are better-maintained and more secure places to live nearby don’t make the same mistake I did.
