Bower Village

I moved into Bower Village In March of 2020 right before everything started to shut down due to COVID. I must say even with that the staff has been helpful with answering questions/concerns, they have made it an inclusive community! I need to have maintenance fix a leak, and they responded and had it fixed within 48 hours! I was very impressed with the efficiency!

The apartments are clean, I moved into a newly remodeled unit! Between the fireplace, the alcoves that make working from home or… curling up with a book pleasant. The bathroom is spacious, and their is plenty of storage!

The only 2 draw backs and this is knit picking is I’m right next to the busy road so a little road noise at night but you get used to it! And due to Covid the pool/workout room was not open durning the summer but that is not at all the property’s fault.

If your looking for a family safe, great property staff, easy access to stores, highways then Bower village is definitely a good fit! Read More

This is very old apartment, all the appliances are out dated, washers/ dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and all sewage systems doesn't work well. Mold every where in the units. Very high rent .
They have the worst management and maintenance people. If any thing goes wrong and you report to the office. maintenance guys will at least take more two weeks. The manager is speeks russian she has very horrible attitude . There are so many drugs and gangs and police every day in front of the… apartment, at least 10 people loitering, standing selling drugs, and runing jump off the fences when they see polices car. There is a lot of gang and crime activity. Drug use and domestic abuse are prevalent on this property. The police are here on a weekly basis if not more. There are people moving in and out of here constantly because of this and the fact they raise the rent on you to push you out. The neighborhood is going down but yet they raise the rent. It doesn't make sense. The property manager is a terrible person who curses at you and threatens to evict you any time they need something from you. Stay away… from this place. Read More
