Terrible management

My car got vandalized and management did not care. Every night there’s people blowing their horns, you can hear the neighbors fighting upstairs. Maintenance never comes and fixes anything had to have them come 3 times for a water leak they never fixed. Whole apartment is the “landlords special” Shauna has an attitude and is the worst office staff I ever had to deal with. The ladies in the office accused me of smoking weed in my car which is not illegal but threatened to call the police on me.… Don’t move here

Regarding the vandalism of your vehicle, we would like to gather additional… information so we can better understand what occurred. If you have not already done so, did you contact our after-hours patrol service at the time of the incident? We would like the opportunity to review the details and discuss the situation further with you.
We also take maintenance concerns seriously and apologize if you felt your repair requests were not handled to your satisfaction. Our goal is always to address maintenance issues as quickly and effectively as possible.
In regard to smoking, our community is a smoke-free property. This policy includes smoking in vehicles while on community grounds and is outlined in the lease agreement. Residents who choose to smoke are asked to do so off the property. Our team strives to enforce community policies consistently and respectfully for all residents.

Awful

Nothing like waking up to my car getting broken into the second time and dealing with the brainless management with their contradicting statements. They literally will find any reason to tow or fine you for the dumbest things. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how upsetting it can be to deal with a vehicle break-in—especially more than once.
Unfortunately, crime does not have an address and can occur in… any community. When incidents happen, it takes a collective effort to address unforeseen situations. We consistently encourage residents to report incidents to the Kent Police Department, notify our security team, and contact the office directly so concerns can be documented and addressed appropriately. Reporting these incidents plays a critical role in increasing patrols and awareness in the area.
We have sent multiple community-wide emails regarding recent activity, reinforcing a “see something, say something” approach and outlining the proper steps to take when situations arise. Open communication from residents is essential in helping us respond effectively.
Regarding enforcement matters, all policies—including towing and fines—are outlined in the lease agreement and are applied consistently to ensure fairness for the entire community.
While we cannot resolve matters through a public forum, we are always willing to review concerns directly and respectfully. Should you wish to discuss this further, we encourage you to reach out to the office.

Overpriced for the quality

Renovation done poorly, they can't even get the kitchen drawers aligned. Move in experience sucks, they don't even have all the stuff ready. application took way too long and yet they are charging application fees.

Great Floorplans

The floor plans here are open and all the top floors have vaulted ceilings. They are really spacious. We have been here for a long time and seen management change many times. The management and maintenance we have now are the best we've had since moving in. We want to thank Matt for doing a great job and taking care of any maintenance we've needed.

Stay Away

The renovated apartments are beautiful on the inside and having a pond in your backyard is a bonus. In some places, you can feed ducks off your patio. The maintenance staff are all very friendly and do their job well, but the office staff is terrible. Messages either never get to the managers or they don't take the time to respond. I have called so many times and heard silence back. I have put in many service requests and was still left without improvements yet somehow showed "completed" through… the resident portal. Although they do have an evening security car that drives around the negligence of this apartment to keep up with basic safety measures such as parking lot lights is undeniable. Vehicles are stolen or broken into nightly here, homeless people live in their cars with aggressive animals and they do not have keys for many amenities including top locks in apartments and garages. It seems the only way to get any results is to contact corporate. This experience has been very disappointing considering I am a friendly tenant who always pays in full on time.
In summary, you will pay thousands of dollars extra in repairs for the duration of your stay at this complex.
