Awful
Nothing like waking up to my car getting broken into the second time and dealing with the brainless management with their contradicting statements. They literally will find any reason to tow or fine you for the dumbest things. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, crime does not have an address and can occur in... any community. When incidents happen, it takes a collective effort to address unforeseen situations. We consistently encourage residents to report incidents to the Kent Police Department, notify our security team, and contact the office directly so concerns can be documented and addressed appropriately. Reporting these incidents plays a critical role in increasing patrols and awareness in the area.
We have sent multiple community-wide emails regarding recent activity, reinforcing a “see something, say something” approach and outlining the proper steps to take when situations arise. Open communication from residents is essential in helping us respond effectively.
Regarding enforcement matters, all policies—including towing and fines—are outlined in the lease agreement and are applied consistently to ensure fairness for the entire community.
While we cannot resolve matters through a public forum, we are always willing to review concerns directly and respectfully. Should you wish to discuss this further, we encourage you to reach out to the office.
