Great place to live!

Yes, this complex is older but it has a lot to offer! It is well located to all amenities including shopping, services and easy freeway accesses. It is on the bus line and walking distance to trails and the golf course as well as public fishing. The complex itself is managed by long-term managers who run the property well! Repairs are completed quickly as well as any issues you may encounter. The tenants are well screened which keeps problems to a minimum. There is an outdoor pool, BBQ and... picnic area as well as being bordered by a county maintained trail that leads up to Lake Fenwick.
