Additionally, we welcome small dogs with no additional non-refundable deposit. But we do charge $50 per pet/per month for rent. We have specific requirements to ensure everyone's comfort, but as long as your small dog weighs 30 lbs or less, is spayed/neutered, housebroken, and up to date with vaccinations, they're more than welcome to join you.

We don't allow smoking on the premises, and renters insurance is required. We also require renters to make 3x gross of rent and have good credit. Tenant is accountable for all utilities.
