Lived in one apartment almost two years and just moved to another one.
I had a really positive experience with my move-out. The office manager was incredibly helpful and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. Everything was processed quickly, and I received my deposit back within just a few days. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I received back after living almost two years in that apartment but they not only processed the move out quickly but extremely fair and even went back to look at old pictures to make sure we did not pay for damage we... did not do. I appreciated that. We moved into another apartment in the same complex and it was so smooth. Overall happy with the experience.

Ross is AMAZING !!!!
Today we had a couple things go wrong in our apartment with our sink and washer and Ross has been exceptional and didn't miss a beat in helping figure out what the problem was and how to take care of it. Very much appreciate such an educated man that can come and fix things just like that!!! Truly appreciate Ross and his service, communication and making sure that things are taken care of and when they'll be taken care of. Thank you Ross A102

Excellent Office and Maintenance Staff
Been living here almost a year. Apartment needed a few things in the time I’ve been here and the staff is great, office and maintenance staff. Jon, the maintenance technician is awesome. He’s always quick, creative and excellent at handling tenants with mental health challenges. The complex is older but the staff goes above and beyond to keep everything working!

I have never been more satisfied with an apartment complex then I have been here!
The maintenance crew here is first rate I never need to wait more than 24 hours for a request and they are very helpful as well as curtious! We have special events and a true sense of community!!!
