DO NOT RENT HERE
NOT LUXURIOUS! NO sewage in the sink, NO garbage disposal (well they do, except they rarely come so it gets filled), NO vent switches in the bathrooms, NO storage space, SMALL closets, VERY cheap materials, appliances are the cheapest they could find. The SMALLEST BATHTUB I’ve ever seen! MIND YOU deposit is the same as rent and THEY WILL take out money from it to pay a locksmith to change locks. There is a cleaning fee into which they will charge but will NOT hire someone and pocket money. I... know bc when we moved in there were plungers and toilet scrubs and mats in the bathroom and dirty closets. Save your application fee and go somewhere else.
