Remodel
Remodeling is nice but the water gets shut off multiple times a week for "emergencies" (sometimes without notification), washer and dryers barely work, inconvenient repairs without necessary requirements for those with health issues or disabled, staff barely communicate with one another and will charge you for things that were paid for already. The list goes on.... All that glitters isn't gold. It may look better on the outside and some newer apartments, but the issues are worse than with prior... management.

We have a plumber on-site one week per month for the reno units. Due to age of the building there are many repairs and plumbing part replacements required and we provide notice when there's a requirement to shut off the water. If you have any other... concerns please reach out to us at info@omcwa.com and we will assist you further.

Beautiful remodel
Now, with the new manager, everything is cleaner and is new or remodeled. I love that they did work on the pool and that it was open this summer! The improvements keep popping up and they are really well done. The clubhouse is beautiful and cannot wait to have my kiddos party there.
