I am so happy with my decision to rent here. We are a military family and we were moving from California to Washington. I had to find our new home from thousands of miles away. I called the leasing office and the management team was so warm and helpful. They went out of their way to answer all my questions not only about the apartment but of the neighborhood and state of Washington. They made the long distance move so easy and painless. When we arrived we were not disappointed in our choice of... living here. The apartment is vey affordable, I feel safe if my husband is gone to work, it's very close to base and it just fits all of our needs. The maintenance staff is also awesome! Very quick to answer any requests and is very nice as well!

This is a very very cozy place. They offer two types of luxury. I call them, "normal" and "desired". The normal units will have your basic white appliances and linoleum comte tops. Usually rent is ranging 700 and higher depending on number of bedrooms. For the desired aoartments, you know, they kind most of us are looking for in today's living space, offers black upgraded appliances (not staunless sTeel bUT nice none the less) with granet counter tops. These units run about a 100 bucks more... accordingly. You have to pay for a parking space, and a set water and garbage fee (which is included on the rent). I personally live this place, since it fits my needs. It's hidden out of plain sight so theft is very low. Mostly military people live here due to the closeness of the base. Everything u could ever need is walking distance. I highly recommend these apartments if your looking for a cheap luxury feel apartment.

I love living at The Lexington Apartments. They are hidden off busy streets, the manager is awesome, nice and friendly and listens to what you are talking about. When a problem occurs or something needs fixed she is on top of it and it gets done. One of the best parts about living at The Lexington Apartments is there are no BUG infestations or RODENTS... The apartments are well kept up and the landscaping is too... The only thing I would want to see changed is how high my rent is... I think it... is just a little too much to pay for a 1 bedroom. That's why I only rate it 4 stars the 1 star is for the high rent. I definitely would recommend The Lexington Apartments....
