I've had two instances of needing maintenance in my apartment and them getting them done quickly but not properly. They never came back to repair a hole in the wall that they made. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and don't know what they are doing. I opted to renew my lease prior to the allowed cut off date and never got the new lease in a timely manner despite them sending me emails stating they received my request and accepted it. I had to reach out to them several times through out... the month only for them to finally send me the lease two days before the month ends and to them claim i let the lease expired so now i have to pay them accrued charges. I have proof of emails and screenshots of phone calls I made to them all month to follow up and they refuse to acknowledge that the error is on their end. I would not recommend moving here unless you want to deal with a shoddy apartment and want your money basically stolen.

Poor Management and Maintenance—Frustrating Experience
I regret to say that my experience with this apartment complex has been frustrating from the start. Three days before moving in, I was finally allowed to see the unit I had signed for, and I was disappointed by what I saw. I requested to view other options, and after some back and forth, I found one I liked. However, despite the unit being empty and supposedly prepared for move-in, no maintenance work was completed beforehand, and it was not cleaned. I had to clean everything myself after... moving in.
From the beginning, I reported multiple issues that required maintenance, yet the response has been incredibly unprofessional and inefficient. The maintenance team often arrives late in the day, only to tell me they will need to return because it’s already too late to start the work. Even when they do show up, they only address one issue at a time, leaving the rest unresolved, requiring me to submit multiple requests for the same problems.
For example, my washer broke just before Christmas, and it took three weeks for them to fix it. Now, I’ve been waiting nearly two weeks for my dryer to be repaired—it heats, but it takes over four hours to dry a single load. Despite coming three times, maintenance insists that the office won’t approve a replacement simply because the dryer produces heat, even though it clearly isn’t functioning properly. I have emailed and called multiple times, but I either get no response or empty promises. Meanwhile, my electricity bill is suffering due to the excessive drying time.
It’s disappointing that all the appliances in these units are outdated, yet there seems to be no effort to upgrade or maintain them properly. These are just a few of the issues I’ve faced since moving in. And while I genuinely love my apartment itself, the lack of proper maintenance and accountability from management is unacceptable. They need to do right by their tenants.

Prices are not worth what you get
The prices aren’t worth what you actually get. Most apartments don’t look at good as the ones in the picture and they charge a hell of a lot of them
