Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.

The studio has no direct water view, and specific directions will guide you to the viewpoint. To respect the privacy of owners and neighbors, do not venture beyond the designated areas. Owners live in the main house and have a dog that might bark occasionally, though you won't hear it from the studio. Strictly no parties or events, quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and no smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation.
