Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Additional pet fees beyond one pet are processed manually post-reservation confirmation.

Owners live in the main house on the property, but the studio has no direct water view. Specific directions will guide you to the viewpoint, but we ask that you respect the privacy of owners and neighbors. The owner's dog may bark occasionally, but you will not hear it from the studio. Strictly no parties or events, quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation.
