Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am, and there is a $500 fine per violation for parties and events, smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, digital piracy, and wearing shoes in the home. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens, and do not leave pets unattended. Please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. Owners live in the main house on the property and have a dog at home that might bark from time to time, but you will not hear him from the studio. In the check-in instructions, specific directions will bring you to the viewpoint, but please do not venture beyond there to respect the privacy of owners and neighbors.
