Hidden Creek Apartments

First of a all, the apartment manager is not well liked, and doesn't care about anything other than not being bothered by issues.
Secondly, she has vandalized cars that she doesn't like the way they p ark by pasting big unremovablee stickers ubstructing driver windows.
Then they put in nasty speed bumps, because they think everybody is sdpeeding....she doesn't have to drive over them where her apartment is located.
They let dogs cra p all over the grounds.
When I vacated, they basically stole... my deposit by claiming they had to repaint the walls. I'm a non-smoker, and the walls were the same as I left, as when I originally rented....ordinary wear.
They refuse to trim shrubs that obstruct walkways, a and complain when people walk in the nonexistent flower beds destroyed by dog crap.

We live here currently in a 3 bed 2 bath and these apartments are amazing! The team does nothing but help make our experience here better. We've been here 4 years, with 3 kids and they are super kid friendly. The neighborhood is not only safe, but they have a park, a ton of speed bumps and signs to watch for kids. The maintence guys are super fun and play squirting guns and water balloons with the kids. AND in my experience our issues are ALWAYS handled quickly and proffesionally. (We needed a... new stove , was handeled that day, or on thanksgiving our kitchen lights went out and they offered to come fix it on the holiday! Ps. These lights are special otherwise we would have done it ourselves...) they really do make a difference. There friendly and funny and very kind. I've met the acctual owners a couple times and Monica is in constant contact with them, which helps to get issues solved fast. We're planning on moving (buying a home) and the staff has been nothing but helpful. We will post again on the deposit and cleaning process, but with 3 kids being here 5 years; we don't expect to get anything back. Lol I highly recommend these apartments. Ps. The school system is acctually northlake, there's a bus route right next to the apartments. It's really nice. Don't know why it says saint helens.... Read More
