No visitor parking allowed
If I want to visit my family I have to try and figure out parking blocks away and then walk to their apartment. They can’t have family dinners or birthdays unless they want to ask guest to abandon their vehicles and walk blocks to their home. This is a really good way to make renters feel unwelcome in their own house.
