Nancy is awesome! Great location and amenities!

Nancy is a great property manager and has been wonderful to work with! She has made our move in and move out really smooth. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The community is a nice place to live. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and comfortable place to live!

My own little paradise!!

The best Management in Moses Lake love the fact that it’s the only apartments in Moses Lake that offers central heat and air. Also, the staff goes over and beyond their duties to make tenants feel like it’s home. Nancy is the best manager I’ve had experience in my many years of living in apartment life A+ 100% genuine the right person for the job and the new maintenance guy is the best bacon and on top of everything!!

Love love love!

Central Park Villas has been nothing but a home since I moved it. The community is very safe and welcoming, clean, and fun. Kar and Vanessa actively try to make every single person who comes in feel loved and welcome, I can express simply in words the amount of love I have for this place and those who run it.

New Tenant Very Happy!

As a new tenant coming from out of town I had no idea what to expect. I got the apartment site unseen. However, Vanessa was so patient with me and all my questions that I sent her prior to my moving in. I have been welcomed with open arms and feel grateful that I am here. The move in was easy, no stress, and the apartment is wonderful. Both Kar and Vanessa care about the community, and are involved with the tenants, events, and making sure everybody feels at home. If you have a fur baby, this is… the best apartment to come to. I don’t but they’re all over and everybody loves them. All my neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I may be 300 miles from home base, but I’m glad I’m here.
