Horrible place to live. We were hesitant to give them a full last months rent because we were moving out June 11th . We asked for our rent to be prorated and they insisted we would get the other half our rent back In the form of a check "Because people change their mind about move out date." We agreed and paid our rent to be told " I never said that." after we told the manager we wanted our money. The manager also wouldn't give us the owners number which is also suspicious . If you want to be... SCAMMED live here. I have never dealt with such a horrible renters experience. I have proof of my move out date and full rents paid as well , they will be seeing me in court soon!

Great Apartments Reasonably Priced

Regency Park Apartments are a great place to Live close to Town, Fishing, Golfing and School. They Are Reasonably Priced 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom Apartments, There is Parking for 2 vehicles per apartment and on street parking as well, they have 2 pools that are seasonally avaliable till dusk, Come Live Here !
