Each detached cabin has onsite laundry with a washer and dryer. Each of the three units has its own kitchen and full-shower bathroom. Guests have private use of the cabins. Several fun amenities and farm animals such as gardens, a pond, a playhouse, a hammock, bunnies, chickens, ducks, two friendly dogs, and soon goats are on the main house side of the compound.
