Accommodations have made downsizing easy!!

When I moved into this place, I never knew downsizing into an apartment building after being a homeowner for many years would be so magnificent.

I’ve made great neighbors, I got along excellent with the property manager, the views are epic, easy access accessibility for both tenants and guests. The architecture is so special and European flare in the capitol of Olympia WA.

I’m on the top floor. I think I have the best unit. I would highly recommend 401 Union to anybody considering a safe,... affordable, beautiful place, to call home in downtown Olympia. Not to mention the fact that it’s brand new.

cars not safe in paid parking lot

In the span of a few weeks, there were 4 car break ins within the apartment paid parking garage. There are no cameras, security or a gate for the parking garage. Your car is basically on the street. Management has done nothing to make the property safer. At this point I would not recommend moving here.

We want to assure you that our management team is actively working with the Olympia Police Department and our maintenance staff to keep trespassers out of the apartment building parking lot.
Although it may not always be visible, we... have been working diligently behind the scenes to help prevent theft and property damage at all our communities. We are currently coordinating with our vendors to enhance safety measures in the parking garage. This week, fencing will be installed, and we are awaiting additional estimates for further improvements.
As always, your safety is our priority. Please remember that helping us help you stay safe is a shared effort. Reducing visible personal items in your vehicle is one of the most effective ways to discourage theft.

Cars not safe

Everything is nice about the physical apartments, brand new, spacious, beautiful views. However, in the lot accompanying the building that you pay extra each month to park in, there have been several smashed windows and car break ins.

401 Union Apartments

I just moved into 401 Union, and so far it has been great! The windows are almost floor to ceiling, providing great daylight. The sound insulation is great, I haven't heard my neighbors once yet. Super quiet at night which is nice, while still being super walkable to the downtown corridor. Property Management has been super easy to communicate with. This is by far the best apartment building I have lived in, not much to complain about!

I have a dog as well, and the dog walk on the second floor... has been super nice to use. Not a ton of apartments out there are dog friendly, so this was a real plus.

Beautiful building!

What can I say? This is an amazing apartment building! It's brand new, it's clean, it has many apartment options -- and it allows my 2 cats and provides me a parking space. Being one of the original tenants, I'm loving Union so far. My new neighbors (maybe 6?) are nice and they share the same excitement I have. I moved in 2 week ago with the help of Teri, the property manager. She was thorough in showing me my choices. Although I wanted a ground floor unit, those are multi-story townhomes. Teri... showed me a 2BR on the 3rd floor which was perfect. I'm looking forward to warmer weather when I can take long walks to the farmer's market and the water front. After owning a house for 33 years, I am now a downtown resident. Teri helped ease my stress as I made this transition.
