Seems like the garbage bin is ALWAYS stuffed
113 apartments and only 1 communal garbage bin... it's supposed to be picked up twice a week but that doesn't happen. Residents can't take garbage out of their apartments because there's no room in the bins. There's eight recycle bins but those fill up fast as does the compost. Management sends notices about not overfilling the bins but does nothing to address the fact that there are too many residents for the garbage facilities that are in place.
