We rented here for several years and were ideal tenants. The last two years they started making more rigid rules (such as unable to use a barbeque or store items in the garage). The neighborhood also started to decline with items stolen from our vehicles and individuals in the area sleeping on the back patio areas of some residents townhouses per a neighbor. In addition, the rental costs increased exhorbitantly every year we lived here. When we moved out they wouldn't give us a move out... procedure and are attempting to charge us for several months of extra expenses (vague 'utilities' line item). They have failed to answer our repeated emails, phone calls and even certified return receipt letters. I would strongly recommend against renting here.

Copper Trail Apartments
The most affordable apartments I found in West Olympia, I'm 5 minutes from work, 5 minutes from the college, 5 minutes from I-5, and 5 minutes from the mall. The grounds are constantly maintained and clean, The staff are friendly and helpful, and my neighbors are truly great people. My apartment is excellent with new appliances and fixtures, I can't think of anything to complain about!

Great location
Centrally located, just a short walk or drive can get you where you need to go. Beautiful apartments, green lawns, dog park and reasonable prices! If you have kids, it's a great location since Yauger Park is right next door. And if you like to shop it's right next to Capital Mall.
