This thoughtfully designed property features two beautiful bedrooms and one full bathroom equipped with a smart toilet for a modern, spa-like touch.

The primary bedroom is cozy, bright, and perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The 2nd bedroom is a clever space with a Murphy bed that transforms into a queen bed, or use it as an office.

The living room is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and a smart TV for movie nights. A dining table sits nearby for shared meals or game nights. The kitchen is fully stocked, ready for anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. You’ll also have access to a laundry room, making longer stays easy and convenient.

Step out onto the spacious deck, where the views get even better. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine around the table with a built-in fire pit, or fire up the grill for a relaxed barbecue with the ocean breeze rolling in.

Important Note Because this home sits at the very top of a steep hill, an all-wheel-drive vehicle is strongly recommended. The driveway and access road can be challenging for standard cars, especially in wet conditions. Once you’re up here, though, the views make every bit of the climb worth it.

No Pets, No Smoking, No Fireworks

Incident Disclosure: In late July 2026, a neighboring property owner confronted a guest regarding use of the shared access road, damaged the guest’s vehicle, and threw a rock toward the property, breaking a window. Police responded and the individual was arrested and charged with assault and malicious mischief. The matter is proceeding through the court system, with hearings scheduled for October and November 2026. Security cameras captured much of the incident. No further unauthorized activity has been detected on the property since the incident. There are two exterior security cameras installed on the premises.

Utilities, including Internet, are included except for charges over $75/mo for electric. No need to put it in your name! This is a vacation rental during the spring and summer. Please call about availability. This is our winter rate.

This is a great retreat for small families or guests looking for a place to call "home" for a bit longer stay. Internet included for working or schooling from home.
