The kitchen and bathroom are each good-sized separate rooms. All entrances to our apartments are located very far apart so there is no concern about safe distancing from others. There also are no common venting or heating systems so there is no risk of viral or pollution particles transferred from apartment to apartment. The unit features modern gas heat, which is very efficient and affordable.
We feature studio and one bedroom apartments in small complexes which are close to downtown Pullman, but within walking distance to the college campus. Located in a "quiet block" maintained for the benefit of mature students and professionals, we have on-site management and quick response to maintenance issues. All of our units are cable and internet ready. Our apartments are located 1/2 block from the transit bus stops. Enjoy the river walk or Farmer's Market just one block from our site. Feel free to wander around the downtown and stop in at any of the excellent espresso cafes or sandwich shops in downtown Pullman. A wonderful pizza shops are only 1/2 block away!
