Lease term: 12-months

All prospective tenants aged 18 and older are required to complete the application process. The non-refundable application fee is $37 per adult and includes a credit check, income and employment verification, rental history review, and criminal background screening.

Move-in costs include first month’s rent, applicable monthly fees, and required deposit(s).

Pet Policy: All applicants with or without a pet/animal must complete a profile at Owner approval is required for up to two pets, each weighing less than 40 lbs. Approved pets are subject to breed restrictions, additional deposits, and monthly pet fees.
