Great space and perfect location.

This place checked all the boxes for me. Dog friendly, private balcony, clean, close to the university. I also discovered a wonderful coffee shop that’s within walking distance! The price is fair and management keeps up with the building.

Beautiful location/Central to all needs!

I was so happy I made the drive to see this building. It was unnerving for me the MamaBear sending my son so far away. This visit gave me such peace of mind. It was an absolute bonus I was able to meet the people in charge. I would love to live here. Clean, open. Great natural light!

Great open house

Apartment was beautiful, very clean, we love that it has two identical bedrooms. Also, Parking, the microwave, washer and dryer are included at no extra cost. Price is very affordable for what we are getting.

My Dog and I Love Living Here — great Location Near WSU

If you’re looking for a pet-friendly place close to WSU that’s practical and easy to live in, the M offers a great combination of location, comfort, and responsive management.

The location honestly couldn’t be better. Getting to campus is incredibly easy. You can walk almost everywhere, which makes day-to-day life really convenient.

The apartment itself is thoughtfully laid out. The two-bedroom units with private bathrooms are perfect for roommates because everyone has their own space. The… kitchen has plenty of storage, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was fantastic.

My dog and I are happy here. Great living.
