this place is amazing on the surface and has a tantalizing promise of a beautiful and well constructed home just off campus to enjoy at an inflated price with all the rich kids , let me tell you about things you need to know. while you might be given a parking spot right outside your house and your own bathroom in your bedroom , the paint literally falls off if you look at it the wrong way, the AC barely works and maintence takes forever to show up for things that matter but if you put in a… request to have something minor looked at they’re there the next day. management makes it difficult to ask questions and they have high expectations and ask for a lot of money considering they put these tin cans of houses up in the matter of weeks and don’t even clean up after they’ve just finished constructing an uneven and flimsy structure. if you want a place with your own bathroom you might just have to wait until you’re out of college because this isn’t worth it. please find a place that’s way cheaper to save yourself the monstrous list of things they’ll charge you on the way out. it might be alluring to not pay a deposit but that “redecoration fee” doesn’t cover the paint that comes off or the holes in the wall that tacks cause or the depressions in the soft and cheap laminate. please stay away from here they are tricksters with promises they can’t keep.
