For a property only three years old when I moved in, you’d think everything was still in new condition. Not the case. A/C did not work from day one. Took nearly four months to “fix”…it was not fixed. Dryer left oil stains on numerous clothing items which were ruined. Dishwasher never worked. Layout of the units are just an absolute joke…there’s no space for anything. Management never picked up the phone and certainly didn’t return calls (under new management since). I took care of the unit and... thoroughly marked everything that was not working and/or already damaged prior to move in and I never got my deposit back. These units are overpriced and are just plain junk.

AWFUL experience
Nothing was ever fixed. There were pre-existing conditions that were not immediately remedied due to COVID concerns... but over a year? Come on. Noisy neighbors, cars CONSTANTLY parked blocking the private driveways. Mailbox STOLEN and not updated on process of receiving mail. Mud thrown on car door handles and windows. Noise from construction, can’t even open up the blinds and windows if you’re on the side of complex that faces new homes. Invasive and intrusive feeling... poorly thought out... property planning. The management team will work hard to say that all the bad reviews are from disgruntled former employees, but they’re just really awful. Truly. Overpriced. The smell from the dump that is right across the street is pungent. Not for those nose sensitive persons.
