Condos with balcony looking over creek and golf course. Fully furnished with two queen bedrooms, fireplace, and personal washer/dryer. The unit comes with WiFi and large curved 4K TV, for which I could provide netflix if desired. Fully stocked kitchen and all needed linens also provided.
The condo complex a has pool, and sometimes sauna and hot tub, though not sure if the latter are reopened after the pandemic. Dedicated covered parking space.
The longer the lease the better, ideally 6 month plus, but negotiable depending on work situation.
