Over a Year Here and Still Impressed

One of the best places I have ever lived. The community is beautifully maintained with smooth roads and a peaceful atmosphere, and the evening walks along the Columbia River are hard to beat. Ruiz and Ivan are truly exceptional — kind, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond for residents. If you are looking for a comfortable, well-kept home with staff who genuinely care, look no further. Highly recommend.

Deposit & Refund

Have to say the view was great and amenities for the place and claim of exclusivity not very good. As for the deposit and a refund forget it. I forgot that when you rent an apartment your responsible for the maintenance afterwards. Properties like this are horrible at trying to take responsibility and accountability for services provided as well as customer service. Getting charged for paint, other maintenance responsible for the property owners is irresponsible. I really hope apartments.com... highlights this faults by property owners. Trying to pass on the cost of maintenance to renters.

Good location

Location is perfect apartments are new and spacious enough. Also the staff are really nice.
